Reason

To "Blame" one for their actions,does not point at the "True" reasons for their actions.
And the reason for their actions does not necessarily point at them either.
As it is their outside programing, (their nurture and nature; who, what, and where they grew up around), that drives one to do what they do, and here, one needs to work on reprograming themselves to change their behavior patern.
Judgement, punishment and prisons will never work here, it is the reprograming of ones, and or, a societies beliefs, that will make for a better world for all to live in.
And it all starts by looking into the mirror and saying, "I Love You".
