Reason

To "Blame" one for their actions,does not point at the "True" reasons for their actions.
And the reason for their actions does not necessarily point at them either.
As it is their outside programing, (their nurture and nature; who, what, and where they grew up around), that drives one to do what they do, and here, one needs to work on reprograming themselves to change their behavior patern.
Judgement, punishment and prisons will never work here, it is the reprograming of ones, and or, a societies beliefs, that will make for a better world for all to live in.
And it all starts by looking into the mirror and saying, "I Love You".

We appear to come into, and go out of this world alone, so it may be best to accept and get along with ourselves along the way.

To nights homework assignment:

Whenever anyone feels upset in life, go look into the mirror, Look "DEEP" into your eyes, and say to yourself that, "I LOVE YOU", and "MEAN" it!.
Say that, "I do not deserve,the punishment,and neglect that I have been inflicting upon my body and mind".
There will be other things that come to mind when you do this, and it will be exactly what you need to say to yourself to liberate your soul, to once again dance as a child; the "Child Within".

There is no way to fail at this homework assignment, "PLEASE" do it for yourself,it is a win, win sollution for a troubled body and mind, with no need for study.

Silence

All is but a "Thought", if one "Thinks" about it, and all "Thought", is housed in an omnipotent field of (((Aware Presence))); Here & Now.
(((Enlightenment))) = (((Silencing))) ones mind from "Thought" and it's "Thinking",from its chatter.
"Be (((Still)) and know, that "I AM", that "I AM", no more or less, no, I am "This, or I am That", no, I am a doctor or waitress, no identify with "Thought" to build a false sense of self, know as the ego.
Use "Thought" only as sign posts back into the (((Silence))), as here is no stress nor conflict.

In the Silence

Just as the silence between musical notes lends a song its rhythm, the rhythm of life lies between ones "Thoughts" in the silence. Be (((Still))) and meet your maker.

Assumption

Some times we falsely accuse others over what we may do ourselves if we were in their position.
At times our assumptions are based upon our own past actions.
One must scrutinize upon who they cast the stone.

(((Imagine))) doing away with capitalism, where none are led into temptation to rule over another because of ownership.
(((Imagine))) applying our technology only as means for our "NEEDS" as a whole, reducing our carbon imprint, having (((Compassion))) for our Great Grandmother Earth, treating Her as if She was Heaven its self, and She is, we need to get this through our thick heads, and stop looking of into the distance for a Savior and another place to live. This is it!

Oh, by the way, "none are going to Hell", sorry about the screw up, as this primitive "idea" was but that of an old "Black Story Book" fable of, "Fear" for sell.
It was use to control the masses, as it is yet today, striking "Fear" into others hearts, for power and pay, leading them astray.
Walk outside, look around, and you will see that your are in Heaven, drill deep into the ground, and you may find oil or lava, but, there will be no "Devil's Hell" to be found, the Earth is not flat like it was once believed, it is round.
So take a ((( Deep Breath ))), you were never lost to be found, as you are eternal, and Heaven bound.

StoryTellers

If one has a negative story about their health, a relationship, or other-"wise", it may be best that they keep it to themselves, as every time that they tell their sad story to themselves in their heads or to others,they compound the energy of their ailment, sending negative chemicals into their bodies, reliving their story, keeping it alive, suffering all the while.
Accept, learn from and let go.
As we all have our sad stories.

One does not have to avoid looking into their past with the fear that they will get tangled up in what they see, One can "Look" without attachment to what they see, and it is at this point that they will know that they are truly free.
Mental wounds do heal with time and its allotment for the "Understanding" that all is in order, every step of the way.
Acceptance and Understanding takes us into a brighter day.

Batter Up

I know that it sounds "Good" that someone or thing outside ones self, from a distant Heaven, is going to save them, as this way, one does not have to achieve (((Enlightenment))) on their own.
And I know that it sounds "Bad" that there is an underground Devil outside oneself that is going to torture and devour their very souls "FOREVER" if they do not behave according to a hand written scripture in a book, and this is where a savior comes in handy.
But Heaven and Hell are merely states of mind, and none can breath,eat,nor save another from what they are attracting in their lives.
The helping hand that one is looking for, is at the end of their own arm.
So here, the best insurance that one can have, is to project "Love & Compassion" onto all of life, to live, and let live.
As, "Like Begets Like", &
"As Above, So Bellow".
"Step up to the plate", and bat for yourself.

Thoughts are Things

We listen to our own voice in our heads, more then all of the people that we have ever heard speak, all of the words from all that we have read, seen or heard on TV, and computers in our life time, combined, and then some.
It is a massive program that is being downloaded into our minds, and into who and what we "Think" we are.
So here, it may be best to closely monitor and examine what we suggest to ourselves on a daily bases, because,
"As a man "thinketh" in his heart so he is". (Bible)
What is your voice in your head telling you about who and what you "Think" you are?

Most everybody has a lot to do to make ends meet, there is no question about it, but to become upset and anxious over ones labors ahead of them will not help to solve the issues at hand, in fact it will hinder ones ability in getting things done,as things will appear over whelming, if one looks at everything that they have to do, all at once, dropping their immunity,leading to poor health.
Take a (((Deep Breath))), stay focused, choose which of your concerns is most important, and tackle it, then go to the next and so on, one step at a time, being completely in the moment, without "thinking" what you have to do next.
Take one step at a time, you do not have to look at the whole staircase to climb to its top.
A mountain climber does not look at the whole mountain, they remain completely focus in their present step, and before they know it, they are at the top looking down at something that appeared to be over whelming.
One step at a time.

You are the Sky

It has been said that its best for one to vent their frustration, but it would appear better yet for one to find the trigger that activates their frustration and defuse it at its core, saving vital energy, allowing for it to pass, as a cloud in the sky, accepting their experience at hand as being part of the genius of the unfolding of the universe, bringing them one step closer towards their own (((Enlightenment))), no longer having a need to vent.
"Know that it is "All" in the highest of order, (((Deep Breath))), Accept, allow & Let it go, reprogram and win", or keep the frustration harbored, reacting the same way,under the same program, getting the same results and loose".
Keep in mind that your (((Core Essence))) is the sky, all else are merely clouds passing by.
See clearly or go blind.

Spirit Dance

Everything is playing in the same symphony, it is a swilling cosmic dance. Energy coalescing itself upon the canvas of space and time.

Its All Good

It may be best to exhaust the unhealthy excess energy build up caused by ones "Thoughts" of an indifference or "Bad" that depress or make them anxious, through the "acceptance" of the exact "Isness" of the matter at hand, making peace with the moment and the precision there in.
Knowing in their hearts that its all "Good", and that it puts them, one step closer towards their own (((Enlightenment))).
Taking one step at a time.
Starting an exercise program and maybe a bit of meditatoion would be advisable, so one does not spend their energy upon the abuse of oneself and others.

The Unknown

A question without answers is a mystery, and life appears to fit this definition.
So here, it may serve man well not to "Think" that he truly holds any answers to enforce onto those who disagree.
The only thing that a wise man knows, is that, he does not know, and of this, he knows well.

Helping Hand

The helping hand that one is looking for in life, is at the end of their own arm.
So, reach out and serve yourself well, and in turn, you will serve others, in that, they will not have to spend their precious time serving you.
Its a win, win.

Instructions Are Within

If religion quenched the (((Spiritual))) thirst of those who practice it, none would fill empty and war would be unknown.
One must go "Within" to know of the "Magic Kingdom", as its path can not be truly known through the hand written pages of a book.
"Drink up" and quench your thirst".

Intent

It appears that all is regulated via our "Intent", and that the "Intent" of (((Love & Gratitude))) radiate at the highest level, and holds healing properties.
So, let your "Intent" be of (((Love & Gratitude))) and send a message to the world, restructuring it's harmony.
Breathe in it's beauty, bathe in it's majesty, and change the world.

Friends

One who makes themselves their best friends, befriends their world.

Centered

Remaining centered in the mist of all calamities, is in deed, (((Enlightenment))).

Separation is an Illusion

No country, or its people are favored by their source, God and or their creator.
The U.S. is not one, or the only nation "Under God", the world is "One collective (((Aware Being))) "Within" God.
One blade of grass is not worthier then another to receive the sun light.
"Life is Life", there is no separation in it's definition.
The "Great I AM"; (((Awareness))) itslf, is distributed equally "Within" all (((Beings))).

Wakeup Call

Flag saluting is militant, it is a form of worship to a false idol; to a king & or a government.
And upon this grand continent of the Americas, the U.S., man worships a flag that symbolizes the total abuse of his Earth Mother, and the slaughter and take over of a beautiful people, know as the Native Americans.
"How Soon We Forget".
It is not recently in time that this great continent was attack, it was when the business man, the banker, from overseas came to monopolize on "GREED", speaking with the devils tongue.
This flag now represents the slaughter and take over of the world, including the citizens of the U.S.
"Thou Shalt Worship no False Idols".
That should (((ring a bell))) to most Americans!
Believe (((Wholeheartedly))) in the power of your God and not in the power of a "Military Force" commanded by "GREED".













Moden schools are prison camps They refrain from saluting the flag of any country or singing nationalistic songs,[1] which they believe are forms of worship, although they may stand out of respect.

Clean House

Outside and inside are "One in the same", they reflect onto one another, they wax and wane, "its all the same".
So, when one is surrounded by clutter in their life and homes, there too, is clutter in their minds, they are out of the zone.
Its time to clean house, clutter is the sign, lighten up your load, get out of your mental bind.
