One Step at a Time

Most everybody has a lot to do to make ends meet, there is no question about it, but to become upset and anxious over ones labors ahead of them will not help to solve the issues at hand, in fact it will hinder ones ability in getting things done,as things will appear over whelming, if one looks at everything that they have to do, all at once, dropping their immunity,leading to poor health.
Take a (((Deep Breath))), stay focused, choose which of your concerns is most important, and tackle it, then go to the next and so on, one step at a time, being completely in the moment, without "thinking" what you have to do next.
Take one step at a time, you do not have to look at the whole staircase to climb to its top.
A mountain climber does not look at the whole mountain, they remain completely focus in their present step, and before they know it, they are at the top looking down at something that appeared to be over whelming.
One step at a time.

You are the Sky

It has been said that its best for one to vent their frustration, but it would appear better yet for one to find the trigger that activates their frustration and defuse it at its core, saving vital energy, allowing for it to pass, as a cloud in the sky, accepting their experience at hand as being part of the genius of the unfolding of the universe, bringing them one step closer towards their own (((Enlightenment))), no longer having a need to vent.
"Know that it is "All" in the highest of order, (((Deep Breath))), Accept, allow & Let it go, reprogram and win", or keep the frustration harbored, reacting the same way,under the same program, getting the same results and loose".
Keep in mind that your (((Core Essence))) is the sky, all else are merely clouds passing by.

Spirit Dance

Everything is playing in the same symphony, it is a swilling cosmic dance. Energy coalescing itself upon the canvas of space and time.

Its All Good

It may be best to exhaust the unhealthy excess energy build up caused by ones "Thoughts" of an indifference or "Bad" that depress or make them anxious, through the "acceptance" of the exact "Isness" of the matter at hand, making peace with the moment and the precision there in.
Knowing in their hearts that its all "Good", and that it puts them, one step closer towards their own (((Enlightenment))).
Taking one step at a time.
Starting an exercise program and maybe a bit of meditatoion would be advisable, so one does not spend their energy upon the abuse of oneself and others.

The Unknown

A question without answers is a mystery, and life appears to fit this definition.
So here, it may serve man well not to "Think" that he truly holds any answers to enforce onto those who disagree.
The only thing that a wise man knows, is that, he does not know, and of this, he knows well.

Helping Hand

The helping hand that one is looking for in life, is at the end of their own arm.
So, reach out and serve yourself well, and in turn, you will serve others, in that, they will not have to spend their precious time serving you.
Its a win, win.
