It may be best to exhaust the unhealthy excess energy build up caused by ones "Thoughts" of an indifference or "Bad" that depress or make them anxious, through the "acceptance" of the exact "Isness" of the matter at hand, making peace with the moment and the precision there in.
Knowing in their hearts that its all "Good", and that it puts them, one step closer towards their own (((Enlightenment))).
Taking one step at a time.
Starting an exercise program and maybe a bit of meditatoion would be advisable, so one does not spend their energy upon the abuse of oneself and others.
